The bagels are awesome, the staff was efficient and polite. Cool setup inside. Too bad they aren't open a bit later.
UPDATED: I had a great experience with the Bagel & I during a catered event (probably one of the best bagels I've ever had), but when I went to their location in Lynchburg, I was disappointed. I ordered a bagel sandwich to eat later and sadly the bagel was tough and the turkey, while a nicer quality than regular deli meat, was dry. Overall, it was hard to eat and I wasn't happy with my meal. The person who got a gluten free bagel in my party really liked it. Maybe it was just a fluke or their bagels need to be toasted. I was impressed with the interior, which was very cute and homey.
Fresh yummy bagels with a lot of variety and really good, fast friendly service. I'm glad they have a drive thru! Try the cream cheese options too.
Food is amazing and workers are all very nice. The inside is beautiful and a great place to hang out with friends and family. I would not recommend going through the drive through. It is very convenient but every single time I have ordered through the drive through I did not receive the correct order. I am not sure if it has just been mix ups in the kitchen or its hard to hear through the speaker. I have received the incorrect bagel once, incorrect cream cheese once, and incorrect toppings plus cream cheese once.
They have true NY / NJ Bagels. A most excellent place to stop by or to meet friends and sit for a while. Most high recomendations !
